Rico Tan

Rico Tan has extensive experience in document management and enterprise account management, having worked at Ricoh Singapore Pte Ltd from July 2015 to August 2018 in roles such as Managed Document Services Manager and Document Processing Optimization Specialist. In these positions, Rico achieved annual service revenue targets by negotiating BPO and DPO deals and successfully managed the team’s business volume and profitability. Prior to this, Rico worked at Opus IT Consulting Ltd, where project assistance and collaboration with multiple stakeholders were key responsibilities. Currently, as an Enterprise Account Manager at HP since August 2018, Rico services diverse industries including healthcare and logistics, focusing on growth opportunities through account planning and partnerships. Educationally, Rico holds a Higher Diploma in Information Technology from TMC Academy.
