Rich Hoover has extensive experience in executive leadership, particularly in private equity, currently serving at HPC Specialty Pharmacy since January 2020. Prior positions include Automation Services Executive at ISG from January 2019 to December 2019 and Sales Executive at Denali Advanced Integration from August 2017 to August 2018. Rich Hoover's military career spans nearly two decades, including roles as a Special Forces Officer and Green Beret in the Army Special Forces and as a Ranger Officer in the 75th Ranger Regiment. Rich Hoover's educational credentials include an Executive MBA from the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University, a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Webster University, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Central Connecticut State University, along with additional military education from institutions such as Joint Special Operations University and the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
