Ben Pawsey has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ben started their career at PECT - Creating Sustainable Places as a Project Manager in 2007. Ben then co-founded Agouti Design, where they focused on designing, manufacturing, and distributing innovative products. Ben then worked as a Graphic and Web Designer at PECT Consultancy Ltd, where they launched a design consultancy business unit and acquired new clients for brand identity, print, web, and digital marketing services.
In 2010, Ben joined Sustainable Brands as a Design & Website Manager, where they delivered various design projects and managed the company's website. Ben later took on the role of Brand Manager for the SB Innovation Open, a startup competition aimed at introducing sustainable brands to the F500. Additionally, Ben served as the Executive Producer at Sustainable Brands, where they managed the digital business unit and oversaw content production.
Ben's next role was at Thread International as the Creative Marketing Director. Ben led the brand strategy, creative direction, and marketing efforts for the social enterprise. Ben also established brand partnerships and worked on global marketing campaigns with brands like Timberland.
After Thread, Ben joined Faraday Bicycles as the Creative Director, responsible for brand building across all channels. Ben led content development, multi-channel ad campaigns, e-commerce tracking, and graphic design. Ben subsequently took on the role of Marketing & E-commerce Director at Faraday Bicycles.
Currently, Ben is the VP of Marketing at HPG, where they oversee the marketing efforts for the parent company and its eleven subsidiary brands. Ben leads a team of 20, including an in-house creative agency, and has won several industry awards for marketing campaigns.
