Beau Hale

Beau Hale is an accomplished architecture professional with extensive experience in construction administration and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Construction Administration for Student Housing at HPI Architecture since December 2024, Beau previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at LPA, Inc. from January 2021 to November 2024, where involvement in the San Pedro High School project marked a significant career transition. Prior roles include Director of Construction Administration at STUDIO T-SQ and Construction Administrator and Architect at CSDA Design Group. Beau has a rich background as a Project Architect at Deem Lewis McKinley and has managed multiple K-12 campus projects at Quattrocchi Kwok Architects. Early career experiences include Project Manager roles focusing on retail projects and a principal position at Persinger Hale Architects. Beau holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Temple University and an Associate of Science in Physics from Montgomery County Community College.
