Leonardo Montesi has extensive leadership experience in the renewable energy and engineering sectors, currently serving as Chairman and CEO of TEP Renewables Ltd since March 2019, and as Director of Business Development at HPI, LLC since April 2017. As Chairman and Managing Director of GIL Capital Ltd since June 2013, Montesi has overseen the company's expansion from a management buy-out of Greenray's assets. Previous roles include Executive Chairman of TerniEnergia Progetti UK Ltd, CEO of Jindal Saw Italia SpA, and Managing Director of Greenray International, among others. With a background in civil and environmental engineering, Montesi holds a degree in Economia Aziendale from Università Bocconi.
