Kristian Höyer

Kristian Höyer has a diverse range of work experience in various companies. Kristian is currently serving as the Head of Business Applications at H+H International A/S since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Vertical Manager Dynamics 365 BC at DXC Technology from November 2020 to January 2023. Kristian also worked as a Managing Consultant at Capgemini from August 2020 to November 2020 and as a Consultant/Owner at Qpm from May 2020 to August 2020. Before that, they held the position of Head of Transformation GSS at ISS A/S from October 2014 to April 2020, where they led the transformation of finance processes and oversaw the delivery management of a global ERP solution and business process outsourcing. Kristian also served as the General Manager at A.P. Moller - Maersk Group from August 2010 to September 2014 and as the Head of Operations at thy:data from November 2007 to August 2010. In addition, they worked as a Business Unit Manager at EDB-Gruppen A/S from May 2006 to October 2007 and as a Solution Manager at Ciber Danmark A/S from October 2003 to March 2005. Kristian Höyer has also worked as a Freelance Consultant and has a strong background in IT solutions and consultancy.

Kristian Höyer completed a program in Leading across borders and cultures at INSEAD in 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Economics and Auditing (cand. merc. aud.) from Copenhagen Business School, which they attended from 1993 to 1997. In 1989, they received a ha qualification from Roskilde University.
