Jay Bice

Jay Bice is the Director of Health, Safety & Environmental at H+M Industrial EPC. Jay has a wealth of experience in managing HSE in various companies such as Veolia Environmental Services North America Corp. and Buckeye Partners. Additionally, Jay has served as a member of the Board of Directors at Economic Alliance Houston Port Region and as a keynote speaker at EHS Today's Leadership Conference. Jay also has a background as a Fire Fighter at Deer Park Volunteer Fire Department and holds a Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health Technology from San Jacinto College.
