Ricardo Barragan

Ricardo Barragan is an experienced electrical manager and designer with a career spanning over 15 years in the engineering field. Currently serving as the Electrical Manager and Electrical Designer at H+W Engineering, Inc. since August 2020, Ricardo previously held the position of Electrical Designer at RB Consulting Engineers from June 2016 to July 2020. Prior to that, from October 2008 to June 2016, Ricardo worked as a Supervising Engineer at Comisión Federal de Electricidad, where responsibilities included coordinating and supervising lineman crews, as well as testing electrical equipment and instruments to ensure proper functioning. Ricardo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Tijuana, earned between 2003 and 2008.
