Jim Foreman

Jim Foreman currently serves as the Lead Independent Director at Point C and Chairman of the Board at HPOne. Foreman has held several key roles, including Investor in Residence Guest Lecturer at the University of California, Los Angeles, and board member at Alegeus and Centivo. Foreman was also an Operating Partner at The Lightyear Funds and a Senior Advisor at Century Equity Partners. Notably, Foreman was involved with ConsumerMedical as a board member during its sale to Alight. Prior experience includes senior positions at Willis Towers Watson, where responsibilities ranged from Head of Exchange Solutions to Managing Director for the Americas and Human Capital Group, as well as serving as Executive Vice-President at Aetna. Foreman earned a BA in Business Economics from UCLA and has additional education from the University of Melbourne.
