JM Anderson Inc.
José Manuel Anderson is a global business strategist and former executive operator with deep expertise in digital media, international expansion, and cross-sector investment. He serves as Partner Emeritus of JM Anderson Inc., a privately held holding company headquartered in Hombly Hills with operations across The Americas, Europe, Asia, and Australia. JM Anderson Inc. manages a diversified portfolio spanning education, real estate development, aviation, hospitality, cannabis, sports infrastructure, and private capital. The firm emphasizes long-term growth, discretion, and multigenerational strategy. The company was legally rebranded as JM Anderson Inc. in March 2025 to honor Anderson’s decisive role in shaping its modern identity and global vision.
Anderson began his career at just 17 years old, founding Newman ETAPs (formerly AndersonWorks), a groundbreaking digital talent and media firm. Newman ETAPs represented more than sixty leading creators, secured contracts exceeding $101.5 million, and helped launch the careers of cultural icons, including Addison Rae, Charli D’Amelio, Noen Eubanks, Chase Hudson, as well as collective brands such as Hype House, Sway LA, Clubhouse Beverly Hills, and The Boys Next Door. Because he was the same age as his clients, Anderson understood their perspective and needs, which became a decisive factor in his early success. Known in the industry as a “TikTok terminator,” he was one of the first executives to fully grasp the scale and monetization potential of social media empires. In April 2023, he sold Newman ETAPs for $28 million.
Following the sale, Anderson was appointed Global Client Partner at William Morris Endeavor (WME), United Talent Agency (UTA), and the Tiger Golf Resources Foundation (TGR).
He went on to lead the international expansion of NewSwing Academies Global, a youth education and development platform. Under his leadership, NewSwing became known for its multi-market approach, blending education, sports, wellness, and cultural programming. In early 2025, NewSwing Academies was acquired by NSW Ventures in a transaction valued at over $1.1 billion. The business evolved into NewSwing Corporation, which today encompasses initiatives such as Hopeful Path Sober Community, The Anderson Vault, and FVST. The acquisition and integration of NewSwing directly led to the legal rebrand of NSW Ventures as JM Anderson Inc., honoring Anderson’s central role in shaping the company’s global strategy and modern identity.
A lifelong golfer, Anderson has helped create youth golf programs at WISH Charter Schools, Notre Dame Academy, Topgolf, and at TGR, as well as the USGA, focusing on skill development, mental composure, and leadership in young athletes.
Anderson has been developing business at Tri-Tech Restoration and Construction. Previously in construction, he served as Head of Marketing & Superintendent of Immaculate Roofing, field operations, complex problem, and complex projects, while applying operational rigor and strategic oversight.
Throughout his short career, Anderson has advised family offices, institutional investors, and public figures across sectors, including real estate, wellness, aviation, cannabis, and private equity. He is a major philanthropist, supports City Council initiatives, and maintains networks with top CEOs, professional athletes, and public figures. His work reflects a consistent pattern: building scalable platforms, executing large-scale initiatives, and driving long-term value across multiple industries.
Known for operating with discretion, precision, and a results-first mindset, Anderson remains active in global investment, executive strategy, and board-level governance.
