Jose Manuel Anderson (He, Him)

Partner Emeritus, Former CEO of NewSwing Academies at JM Anderson Inc.

José Manuel Anderson is a global business strategist and former executive operator with deep expertise in digital media, international expansion, and cross-sector investment. He serves as Partner Emeritus of JM Anderson Inc., a privately held holding company with assets exceeding $7.9 billion and operations across North and South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.

Anderson launched his career at just 18 years old, founding Newman ETAPs — a groundbreaking digital talent firm that negotiated over $101.5 million in contracts and represented more than 60 top-tier creators. He played a decisive role in financing and shaping the careers of major figures like Addison Rae, Charli D’Amelio, Noen Eubanks, Chase Hudson, and collective brands including Hype House, Sway LA, Clubhouse Beverly Hills, and The Boys Next Door. Known behind the scenes as a “TikTok terminator,” he helped build digital empires before the industry fully grasped their value. After selling Newman ETAPs for $28 million, he was appointed a Global Client Partner at William Morris Endeavor, where he continued to lead strategic partnerships and talent development for the next generation of entertainment.

He went on to lead the expansion of NewSwing Academies Global, a multi-market education and youth platform later acquired by VCH Enterprise for over $1.1 billion. Under his leadership, NewSwing expanded into key international markets and executed large-scale initiatives across real estate, wellness, aviation, cannabis, and private capital for public figures, family offices, and institutional clients.

Known for operating with discretion, precision, and a results-first mindset, Anderson remains active in global investment, executive strategy, and board-level governance.
