Antti Säiläkivi is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, equity financing, company law, and corporate governance. Currently serving as a Partner and Specialist Counsel at HPP Attorneys since August 2011, Antti has previously held positions such as Board Member at Innokas Medical and Senior Associate at Attorneys at law Borenius Ltd. Antti's experience also includes a secondment as Legal Counsel at Outotec Plc and an early career as an Associate Lawyer at Dittmar & Indrenius. Antti Säiläkivi holds an LL.M. degree from the University of Turku, completed in 2002, and continues to enhance knowledge at the Turku School of Economics.
