Michael Semande

Michael Semande is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at HPP Products since January 2025, Michael previously held the position of Corporate Director of Operations at Essex Terminal Railway, Morterm Limited, and Motipark Limited from August 2020 to January 2025. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at NRT and Production Manager at Integram Windsor Seating. Michael has a background in senior leadership and new business development at CS Wind UK and Canada, as well as experience as a Production Manager at Muehlhan. Education includes attendance at Gemba School of Lean and certification as a Protective Coating Specialist from St Thomas of Villanova, along with a NACE certification obtained in 2012.
