Susan Matejka

Susan Matejka is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive coaching, consulting, and organizational development. Currently serving as Managing Director at HPS Chicago and President of Leverage Chicago since 2016, Susan specializes in strategy and organizational change. With a strong background in talent management and human capital initiatives through roles at Cognos HR and Spectacular at Work, Susan has provided executive coaching to top leaders and strategic counsel to non-profit organizations. Previous positions include Vice President at HUB Philanthropic Solutions and Director of Outreach and Children's Programs at Kenilworth Union Church. Susan's early career includes significant consulting work with Fortune 100 companies and leadership roles in change management at Accenture. Susan holds a B.A. in Psychology from DePauw University and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Roosevelt University.
