Jake Blair

Jake Blair is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Managing Director at HPS Investment Partners, LLC since August 2007. Prior to this role, Jake held the position of Vice President at GE Capital from June 2005 to June 2007. Jake's entrepreneurial spirit is highlighted by co-founding CampInteractive, where Jake also served as Executive Director from February 2000 to December 2003. Earlier in Jake's career, a legal foundation was established while working as a Legal Assistant at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from August 1997 to September 1999. Jake Blair holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School, completed in 2005, and is a graduate of Washington and Lee University, where studies were undertaken from 1993 to 1997.
