Peter Atkinson

Peter Atkinson is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and private credit. Currently serving as Managing Director at HPS Investment Partners, LLC since September 2020, Peter previously held key positions at GIC as Head of Direct Investments in the Private Credit Group, and at Partners Group as Vice President, specializing in mezzanine loans and direct lending. Early career roles include Assistant Director at N M Rothschild & Sons Limited focusing on senior debt and mezzanine loans, and Credit Analyst at AIB Group UK plc. Peter holds a CIMA qualification in Chartered Management Accounting from BPP and a BA (Hons) in Business with French from Solent University.
