Sebastian Grimm

Mr. Grimm is a Managing Director and Tax Counsel of HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2011, Mr. Grimm was a Senior Manager in the International Tax Group of Ernst & Young. Prior to that, Mr. Grimm worked at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, where he specialized in advising on the tax aspects of investment fund and cross-border deal structuring. Mr. Grimm holds a JD from University of Constance (Germany) and LLMs from Columbia University Law School and New York University’s School of Law.
