Matt Barr has over 30 years of experience in the flooring industry. Matt started their career at Milliken & Company in 1996 as a Regional Territory Manager, where they focused on marketing commercial carpet in the government, education, and healthcare markets. In 2003, they joined Johnsonite as a Regional Business Manager, where they developed and executed strategic business plans, successfully growing sales from <$3M to $12M. Matt then moved on to Tarkett in 2015, initially serving as the Director of Commercial Sales for the commercial resilient division, responsible for managing sales in Washington, Alaska, and Canada. Matt was later promoted to Regional Vice President, leading the integration of sales teams in the NW 5-state region. Currently, Matt is the Senior VP of Sales, Western US at HPS Schönox, managing sales and business generation in the building and interiors markets across the 13 Western States.
