Jodie Russell

Jodie Russell is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of People at HPX Group since May 2024. Prior to this role, Jodie held positions at ING Australia as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and at Clayton Utz, where responsibilities included Senior Manager of HR Business Partnering and People & Development Manager. Jodie's career also includes significant experience at Deloitte Australia, where roles ranged from People & Performance Manager to Employee Relations and WHS Consultant. Earlier experience includes a Human Resources Assistant role at Squiz and a Consultant position at Resources Group, focusing on recruitment within the professional services sector. Jodie Russell holds a Master of Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Wollongong and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Sydney.
