Melanie Pratt

Melanie Pratt is the Events Manager at Halo Group. Melanie has over twenty years of experience in management and administration, with a focus on operations and event management.

Pratt began their career in the travel industry, working as a travel consultant for Harvey World Travel and Jetset Travelworld Group. In 1995, they transitioned to the architecture industry, working as reception administration for Leffler Simes Architects.

In 1998, Pratt joined Deloitte Australia as a Consulting Practice Manager. During their time at Deloitte, they worked with a variety of clients on projects of all sizes. In 2020, they left Deloitte to join Hamilton Locke as an Operations Manager.

Pratt is highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of successful event planning and execution. Melanie is a team player who is able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.

Melanie Pratt has completed a Certificate IV in Business Administration from Talent 2 and a High School Certificate from Kyogle High.

They work with Nicole Daoud - Marketing Manager, Kiren Bigwood - Marketing Manager. Melanie Pratt reports to Georgia Quinn, Director of Marketing.
