Matti Heikkila

Matti Heikkila is currently serving as an IT Risk Officer at HQLAᵡ since March 2024, following a role as VP and Director of Converged Technology Services at Wrk from April 2022 to December 2023. Previously, Matti held positions at Amazon as a System Development Manager III and Sr Systems Development Engineer from August 2019 to April 2022, and led IT security at Mercedes pay S.A. from February 2018 to July 2019. Founding Houser, a data analytics firm specializing in the Luxembourg real estate market, occurred between January 2014 and January 2018. Earlier experience includes IT security consulting with Steria PSF Luxembourg and the European Commission, as well as web development and IT system design for NATO Airlift Management Agency. Matti's career began as a Security Architect at Telus and an intern at NATO HQ. Education was completed at the University of Alberta from 2003 to 2007.
