Solver Stack at HQS Quantum Simulations

Fabio Covito is currently a Solver Stack at HQS Quantum Simulations. Prior to this, they were a Data Scientist at SimCog Technologies GmbH from October 2020 to March 2021. Fabio has also worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Max Planck Institute for Structure and Dynamics of Matter from April 2020 to July 2020 and as an Internal PhD Student Representative from May 2017 to September 2018. Additionally, they have also served as a PhD Student Representative at International Max Planck Research School for Ultrafast Imaging & Structural Dynamics from October 2016 to September 2018.

Fabio’s research interests include theoretical condensed matter physics in the study of quantum systems, advanced analytical methods using mathematical modeling, programming, etc. Fabio has published numerous research papers in leading scientific journals and has presented their findings at various international conferences and workshops.

Fabio Covito holds a PhD in Condensed Matter Theory from the Max Planck Institute for Structure and Dynamics of Matter. Fabio also holds a Master of Science in Physics (Structure of Matter) from Università di Roma Tor Vergata, and has completed a semester as an exchange student in Physics at The University of New Mexico. Their undergraduate degree is in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) from Università degli Studi di Cassino.
