Krzysztof Slazak has been working in the tech industry since 2002. Krzysztof began their career as an IT Analyst at Telekomunikacja Polska SA in 2002. In 2003, they moved to BRE Bank SA as a Software Architect/Developer, where they were responsible for designing architecture and implementing various parts of mission critical transactional systems. In 2012, they joined Rule Financial as a Senior .NET Developer and .NET Technical Lead, where they were responsible for leading a Scrum Team, developing a trade capture application for a global investment bank, and leading a group of all .NET developers. In 2015, they joined GFT Poland Sp. z o. o. as a Project Manager and .NET Technical Lead, where they were responsible for leading a Scrum Team, developing a trade capture application for a global investment bank, and leading a group of all .NET developers. In 2016, they moved to Accenture as a Software Architect. In 2017, they joined Crossover for Work as a C# (.NET) Chief Software Architect. Currently, they are a Senior Tech Lead at HQ.
Krzysztof Slazak obtained their Master of Science in Computer Science from Lodz University of Technology between 1997 and 2002. Prior to that, they completed an extended English language course and mathematics-physics faculty at XV LO, Lodz from 1993 to 1997. Krzysztof also holds certificates from Lean Competency System (Certificate of Lean Competency, LCS Level 1a, obtained in July 2015), The Open Group (TOGAF 9 Certified, obtained in May 2015), Microsoft (.NET Practician, obtained in 2004) and Scrum Alliance (Certified Scrum Master, obtained in November 2012).
