Margo Watroba has a long and varied work experience. Margo began their career in 2010 as a Research Assistant at the University of Cincinnati. In 2011, they became a Consultant for Consumer Insights at 4iNNO, LLC and a Business Director at The Dragonfly Foundation. In 2012, they became Director of Business Operations at BlegalBloss. In 2014, they took on two roles, becoming Business Strategist (Aerospace) and Head of Public Relations & Government Relations at Meyer Tool, Inc., as well as Business Strategy & Operations and Head of Global Marketing at Orion Quality Software. In 2018, they took on a Board Member role at ACG Global - Association for Corporate Growth, and in 2019 they became Vice President of the Executive Board at Camp Washington Business Association. In 2021, they became Global Development Director at the New England Complex Systems Institute, and in 2022 they became Director of Client Implementation Services at HQ.

Margo Watroba has a Master's Degree in Management from Harvard University, as well as Professional Graduate Certificates in Strategic Management and Business Economics from Harvard University. Margo also holds a BA in Organizational Leadership and Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati. Additionally, they are currently enrolled in the Cambridge Startup Funding: Pre-Seed to Exit Programme at the University of Cambridge, and has obtained certifications in AS 9100 Internal Auditor, Lean Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and Master Certificate in Six Sigma from Villanova University.
