Susan Lichtenstein is currently the VP of Sales at HQ. Susan has previously worked as a Senior Consultant at Partnership Travel Consulting, LLC, a Managing Partner at DigiTravel Consulting, and a Director of Global Procurement Services at CISCO SYSTEMS INC.

Throughout their career, Susan has been responsible for service or capability delivery including all service offerings and the value that the service delivers. Susan has developed service and capability strategy that aligns to enterprise and related initiative strategies. Additionally, they have managed service portfolios and service roadmaps, prioritized initiatives, managed budgets, negotiated with partners and vendors, and authorized the release of new capabilities.

At CISCO SYSTEMS INC, Susan was responsible for global travel management and achieved a 25% annual savings goal through launching an industry leading hotel procurement program. Susan also rebuilt the travel program to include alternative travel solutions and replaced 68,000 trips with virtual meetings, resulting in a savings of 209M in 9 months. Furthermore, they launched and implemented Web 2.0 technology to Cisco employees, which dramatically transformed the customer experience. Finally, they increased online adoption on corporate booking tool to 85% globally and compliance of preferred partners to 92%.
