Eugenia Machado

Eugenia Machado Pizzi is a seasoned professional in human resources, talent development, and organizational culture, currently serving as a Professor at IE School of Human Sciences and Technology since January 2020, focusing on Organizational Models in the Master of Talent Development and Human Resources. As a co-founder, consultant, and trainer at Wakku since April 2017, Eugenia emphasizes sustainable productivity through employee engagement and alignment of values. Additionally, Eugenia holds a role as a Happiness Coachsultant with Delivering Happiness Spain and provides consultancy services in human resources, culture, and business strategy with Global Human Consultants/Synergie/Manpower. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Director and Manager at Equipos y Sistemas Hidrocaven from 2011 to 2016, where Eugenia designed and managed various training and development programs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Haverford College and an International Baccalaureate from Li Po Chun United World College of Hong Kong.
