Fronia Gonsalves is a Senior Consultant at HR Anexi Pvt. Ltd. since May 2013, specializing in the use of psychometric tools for various human resource functions, including selection, training, career planning, and coaching, as well as conducting assessment and development centres for clients. Prior experience includes roles as Consultant and Associate Consultant at HR Anexi, and a Management Trainee position, along with a Summer Internship at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited in 2012, where a study on sustaining standard operating procedure compliance at retail outlets was conducted. Fronia holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from St. Francis Institute of Management and Research and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from St. Gonsalo Garcia College.
