Urja Shah is currently serving as an Associate Consultant in Learning & Development at HR Anexi since November 2022. Prior to this role, Urja held positions as a Management Trainee at Antal International, and as a Research Associate at Stratagyn Inc. Urja's journey in the human resources field began with internships at CEEE, ILeap, and various roles engaging with educational programs for young children. Urja possesses advanced degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Mithibai College of Arts Chauhan Institute of Science and A.J. College of Commerce and Economics and has a foundational background in Psychology and Sociology from KES College.
