Toni Pruitt

Toni Pruitt, PHR, PRC, CSM, currently serves as the Corporate HR Business Partner at Cinch Home Services, where responsibilities include executing HR and TA programs, fostering employee relations, and enhancing organizational development in collaboration with IT and Marketing. Pruitt is also a Board Member at the HR Association of Broward County (HRABC). Previously, Pruitt was the Head of People & Culture at Accelya Group, providing strategic HR guidance and support, and held the role of Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Magic Leap, focusing on company-wide initiatives. With extensive experience at Farelogix, ADP, Ryder System, and Sun Life Financial, Pruitt has consistently contributed to HR strategy, talent acquisition, and organizational growth. Educational background includes attending Northeastern University.
