Jana Meyers

Jana Meyers currently serves as President Elect on the Board of Directors for ATD Kansas City, focusing on leadership succession planning for 2026. At H&R Block, Jana holds the position of Director of Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness, employing a futurist approach to enhance team engagement and development. Previous roles at H&R Block include Manager of Talent Development, Corporate University, and Field Leadership Development, where Jana was instrumental in delivering extensive training programs and leadership education. As an Adjunct Professor at Baker University, Jana teaches Leadership and Management Studies.
