John Weinrich, CCP, has extensive experience in compensation management, currently serving as Director of Compensation at H&R Block since December 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing comprehensive compensation processes and administering incentive programs. Weinrich was recognized as one of twenty associates selected for H&R Block’s IGNITE program and received the H&R Block CEO Award in 2017. Prior to H&R Block, Weinrich held positions at Sprint from June 1997 to December 2014, including Manager of Sales Compensation and Senior Compensation Analyst. Weinrich holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and possesses Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
