Liska Johnson, MBA, is a strategic marketing and communications leader with extensive experience in driving growth and customer engagement. Currently serving as the Marketing Director for Customer Engagement & Retention at H&R Block, they have a proven track record of exceeding performance targets through innovative campaigns and strong team leadership. Previously, Liska held senior marketing roles at Target and served as Associate Vice President at Regis Corporation, where they led significant initiatives during pivotal transitions. Liska earned an MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and holds a BS in Psychology and Biology from the University of Miami.
