Sarah Shahan Lauck

Sarah Shahan Lauck is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in human resource strategy and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources, Talent and Belonging at H&R Block since February 2007, Sarah is responsible for HR strategy implementation across corporate, retail, and international functions. Prior to H&R Block, Sarah held various HR leadership positions at Sprint from 1999 to 2007, including Assistant Vice President of Retail Client Services Human Resources, and HR Director. Sarah's career began in HR roles at MCI Corporation and Kelly Services. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Public Relations from The University of Kansas and earlier studies at Clemson University.
