Tiffany Scalzitti Monroe

Tiffany Monroe is currently a Board Member at Kansas City Area Development Council and the Chief People & Culture Officer at H&R Block. Prior to this, Tiffany served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at US Foods and held various HR leadership positions at Target. Tiffany has a strong background in HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, and diversity and inclusion. Tiffany holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Pepperdine Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and History from Indiana University Bloomington.
