Tona Colotla

Tona Colotla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in franchise development and human resources. Currently serving as Director of Acquisitions and Franchise Developer at H&R Block since March 2008, Tona has also held the position of Director of Strategic Development for Franchise Groups at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate/Weichert from April 2021 to November 2024. Prior roles include Senior Manager of International Franchise Development at TBC Corporation, and leadership positions in human resources at Farmland Foods and Darden Restaurants. Tona's background includes volunteer work as VP of Public Relations for the Utah Soccer Alliance and academic achievements, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of the Pacific and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
