Sara Orellana Tapia

Sara Orellana Tapia currently serves as an Analista Gestión Procesos for HR Buro Consulting Services, supporting key project coordination for Banco de Chile since February 2023. Responsibilities include the maintenance and optimization of the recruitment and selection platform, focusing on digital transformation and process automation, as well as leading and managing the corporate Professional Internships program. Previously, Sara worked as an Asistente Gestión Procesos at Banco de Chile, assisting with human resource management and recruitment processes.
