David Whitfield

David Whitfield has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2003, they worked as a Reward Manager at the Post Office before moving on to DHL in 2006, where they became the Head of C&B EMEA. At DHL, they successfully implemented a new grading system in 20 countries across the EMEA region. In 2013, they joined Heathrow as a Reward Director, where they revamped the reward strategy to align with the organization's commercial goals. In 2017, they founded Luminous Reward Consulting Ltd, a consultancy specializing in reward solutions for organizations. Most recently, in 2019, David became the CEO & Founder of HR DataHub, a company revolutionizing access to external benchmarking data.

David Whitfield attended the University of Northampton from 1996 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in Business Studies. Following this, from 2009 to 2011, they furthered their education at the University of Leicester, earning a degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.
