Donal Brady

Donal Brady has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Donal started their career as a Naval Officer in the Irish Naval Service, where they served in various leadership roles onboard ships and ashore. After leaving the Navy in 1992, Donal joined the Equitable Life Assurance Society as the General Manager for their Ireland operation. There, they were responsible for strategy development, sales management, customer service, and overall business performance. In 1999, Donal founded Leadership Management Ireland, a management consultancy specializing in coaching and leadership development for small businesses. Donal later became the Owner and Managing Director of Animo Digital, a role they held until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, Donal served as the Chief Executive of DCU Ryan Academy, an organization that supports startups and promotes entrepreneurship. Currently, Donal is the Director of Sales and Business Development at HR Duo, where they combine HR software with a dedicated HR team to address human resources challenges. Overall, Donal's work experience highlights their expertise in sales, leadership, entrepreneurship, and management consulting.

Donal Brady started their education journey in 1987 when they enrolled at the Institute of Public Administration. Donal pursued a Bachelor of Business Studies degree in the field of Business/Commerce, General and completed their studies in 1992. After a gap, in 2002, they attended the University of Galway and obtained a National Diploma in Training and Development, focusing on Educational/Instructional Technology. Their educational pursuits continued in 2014 when Donal Brady joined University College Dublin for a Master of Science (MSc) in iBusiness, specializing in Innovation and Information Technology. Donal completed this degree in 2015.
