Erica Gargan, Assoc CIPD, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Erica started their career in 2000 as a Sales Assistant at Dunnes Stores, where they worked until 2005. From 2005 to 2010, they served as a Senior Department Manager at Primark Stores Ltd. Erica then moved into a People and Culture Manager role at Primark from 2011 to 2022. Erica'sresponsibilities included managing employee relations, HR business partnering, and overseeing the overall people and culture initiatives. In 2022, Erica transitioned to HR Duo, where they currently work as an Employee Relations Manager. With a strong background in HR and extensive experience in various roles, Erica brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current position.

Erica Gargan, Assoc CIPD, received their education from various institutions. In 2002, they attended the Dublin Institute of Technology and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Retail and Services Management, which they completed in 2006. In 2011, Erica enrolled at the National College of Ireland and earned a CIPD-Cert in Human Resource Management, completing their studies in 2012. Erica later returned to the National College of Ireland in 2014 to pursue a CIPD Diploma in HRM, which they finished in 2015.
