Pascale Ropert

Director of Managed Support Services at HR Focal Point

Pascale Ropert is the Director of Managed Support Services at HR Focal Point. Pascale has over 15 years of experience in SAP systems, including testing, implementation, and support.

Pascale began their career as a Senior Payroll Consultant at CGI in January 2004. In this role, they were responsible for the payroll for a large organization. In January 2007, they became the Country Lead for France at Convergys, where they oversaw the global SAP Payroll implementation for 47 countries.

In February 2005, Pascale became the SAP HCM Payroll Team Lead consultant at Serco Integrated Services. In this role, they were responsible for the development of Transition methodology and tools to ensure smooth transition from Project mode to post-go-live support. Pascale also managed the post go-live HCM support for payroll, time, travel, and expenses.

In July 2010, Pascale joined BHP Billiton as the SAP Finance Testing Mgr. In this role, they were responsible for testing and expense management for the SAP system. Pascale left BHP Billiton in December 2013 to join HR Focal Point as the Director of Managed Support Services.

Pascale Ropert studied communications and change management at Université de Montréal. Pascale then went on to get certification from SAP in SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors for Employee Central Payroll 2021 and SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP HCM Cloud Employee Central.

Pascale Ropert reports to Mitch Garner, VP of Managed Support Services. Pascale Ropert works with and Briana Adams Alcantar - Managed Support Services Supervisor.
