Shampa Chaudhary

Shampa Chaudhary has extensive work experience in the field of SAP HCM and learning management systems (LMS). Shampa started their career as a Software Developer at Honeywell in 2001. Shampa then worked as a System Analyst at Sprint, where they developed and supported LMS systems for the PCS Sales and Distribution Department and the Corporate Talent Management Team.

In 2005, they joined CenturyLink as a Senior System Analyst, where they led enterprise-wide LMS implementations and data migrations. Shampa also provided project management support for LMS implementation projects.

In 2015, Shampa joined IBM as a Senior System Analyst, where they implemented and provided operational support for CenturyLink's global SAP SuccessFactors LMS. Shampa also managed custom reporting processes, planned and deployed system patches and updates, and provided technical expertise and issue resolution.

Shampa then worked at GP Strategies Corporation as a Learning and Development Consultant, where they partnered with external clients in different industries to assess and provide learning and development solutions. Shampa demonstrated strong project management skills and translated client business needs into system requirements.

In 2019, they joined itelligence North America as a Senior Solutions Consultant, specializing in SAP HCM. Shampa obtained certification in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management and Performance and Goal Management modules. Shampa ensured the successful delivery of SuccessFactors LMS implementation projects and served as a technical subject matter expert for the Presales team.

Currently, they work at HR Focal Point as a Senior Consultant in SAP HCM.

Shampa Chaudhary earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, completing their studies from 1991 to 1995. Shampa then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering Technology from The University of Memphis, attending from 2000 to 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Chaudhary has obtained various certifications. In 2019, they became a SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management. In 2020, they obtained the SAP Certified Application Associate certification in SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management. Shampa also completed several online courses, such as "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers," "Cultivating a Growth Mindset," "Leadership Blind Spots," "Leading with Stories," "Time Management: Working from Home," "Working Remotely," "Working with Difficult People," "Influencing Others," and "Leading Productive Meetings," all offered by LinkedIn.
