Todd Merrill

Todd Merrill has over 30 years of work experience. Todd began their career in 1986 as Production Manager at M.J.M. Creative Services, where they were responsible for scheduling and coordinating nationwide filming with a four person film crew and twenty-three individual pieces of film equipment. In 1992, they took on the role of Sales Admin & Service Technician at American International Medical, Inc., where they were responsible for repairing and installing several different models of Trackmaster Treadmills throughout the state of California. Todd also created and implemented a customer calendar to facilitate preventative maintenance contracts and assisted the Sales department in better tracking of sales leads with the use of a database. In 1995, they became the Director of Sales Operations at 1-800-DENTIST. Most recently, in 2022, they took on the role of Sr Sales Admin & Rev Ops Manager at HR for Health.

Todd Merrill has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Communications from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. Todd also has two certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) obtained in October 2022 from Microsoft and Digital Product Management: Modern Fundamentals Course obtained in November 2018 from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
