Saná Walker

Saná (Rasul) Walker is an accomplished HR and DEI consultant, DEIB advocate, and career coach, serving as the President and Founder of HR Girlfriends LLC since 2013. The organization focuses on providing a networking community for women in Human Resources. Most recently, Saná worked as a DEI consultant, trainer, and content contributor at PDT Global from October 2020 to December 2023, emphasizing practical strategies for creating inclusive workplaces. Previous experience includes key HR leadership roles at McClendon Center, BayFirst Solutions LLC, and Water Management Inc. Saná holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Arts from The Catholic University of America.
