Dave Reitz

Dave Reitz is the current President of Land Development at HR Green. Dave has over 20 years of experience in the field of landscape architecture and community development. Dave began their career with Carter & Burgess in 1985 as a Planning & Landscape Architecture Unit Manager. In 1998, they joined Del Webb Corporation as their Landscape Architecture & Planning Manager. Dave oversaw the design and construction of all landscapes and outdoor recreational amenities for the 2100 acre Sun City Huntley master planned community. In 2001, they left Del Webb to join Pulte Homes as their Director of Active Adult Community Development. Dave directed community planning efforts for Del Webb branded Active Adult communities nationwide for the 49 different Pulte Homes Divisions. Dave Reitz has been with HR Green since 2008 and currently serves as their President of Land Development.

Dave Reitz graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture.

Dave Reitz reports to Jason Poppen, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Erin Dusil - Director of Human Resources, Karl Johnson - IT Director, and Ellen Swanson - Marketing Director.
