David R. Dougherty P.e.

David R. Dougherty, P.E. has an extensive work experience in the field of engineering. David R. started their career as the Florida Director of Engineering at Morrison Knudsen/Centennial Engineering in 1993 and held this position until 1999. From 1999 to 2003, David worked as an Office Manager at WHKS & Co. Since 2003, they have been employed by HR Green, Inc. as a Vice President and Business Development Director. David is responsible for leading some of HR Green's largest and most acclaimed transportation planning and design projects.

David R. Dougherty, P.E. completed their high school education at Clarion High School in Clarion, Iowa in 1978. David R. then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University, where they studied from 1978 to 1982.
