Edward Barrett

Edward Barrett is a seasoned leader in the field of human resources and broadband services, currently serving as the President of Broadband and Principal & Practice Leader for Fiber & Broadband Services at HR Green, Inc. since June 2014. Barrett has a strong background in developing municipal broadband programs and aligning human resources with organizational goals, having also held key roles as the Director of Human Resources and the Vice President of Marketing & Strategy at various companies. Previous positions include Chief People Officer and Chief Operating Officer, along with extensive experience in compensation and staffing management. Edward holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Iowa State University, awarded in 1989.
