Russ Paramore Pe

Russ Paramore, PE has a diverse range of work experience in engineering and construction. In 2019, they worked as a Construction Engineer at HR Green, Inc. Prior to that, they had multiple internships at the Iowa Department of Transportation, where they gained experience in grading, structures, pavement projects, and demolition. Russ performed duties such as concrete testing, rebar inspection, plan reading, and communicating with contractors. Russ also assisted survey crews and performed stakeout work. Additionally, Russ worked as a Construction Services Co-op at IIW, P.C., where they conducted concrete and density testing and communicated with contractors. Before entering the engineering field, they gained experience in building maintenance and sales at Flexsteel Industries Inc. and Gasser True Value.

Russ Paramore, PE obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended East Dubuque High School from 2010 to 2014. Russ has also acquired various certifications including Contract Administration I, PCC I, Aggregate Technician, PCC II, HMA Level I, Contract Administration II, Erosion Control Technician, Contract Administration III, and Soils. These certifications were obtained from the Iowa Department of Transportation between 2019 and 2023.
