Project Engineer II at HR Green

Sam Cotter, P.E. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. They started their career as a Field Technician at Burse Surveying & Engineering in 2006. In 2007, they worked as an Intern Engineer at Howard R. Green Company, where they gained experience in design calculations, construction inspection, survey, and administrative tasks for municipal engineering projects.

In 2012, they joined Cardinal Engineering as a Project Manager / Design Engineer and held that position until 2016. During this time, they managed projects and also conducted design engineering work.

Sam Cotter, P.E. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering at Iowa State University from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Environmental Engineering at the same institution from 2009 to 2010.
