🚀 Your HR team, on call.
If you run a business with people, the HR lands on your desk whether you have time for it or not. Contracts that never got signed, a grievance you are not sure how to handle, a restructure you cannot afford to get wrong. I take that off your plate.

I am an HR consultant working with businesses right across the UK, giving you expert employment support without the cost of an in house hire. Everything is delivered remotely, so it makes no difference whether you are down the road or at the other end of the country.

There are a few ways to work with me.

Monthly support plans, from £75 a month plus VAT, for businesses that want an expert on hand. From the HR Library for trustworthy documents through to my time each month for advice, with the HR Support plan at £300 a month plus VAT the most popular.

Fixed fee documents when you just need the paperwork sorted. Bespoke contracts and handbooks at £600 plus VAT each, settlement agreements at £750, or the HR Bundle at £1,500 plus VAT.

Workplace issues handled properly when something goes wrong. Investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and appeals, run in line with the ACAS Code, from £100 an hour plus VAT.

Projects when you need someone to deliver. Restructures and redundancies, TUPE transfers, HR audits, recruitment and building an HR function from scratch, all scoped and quoted upfront.

Most businesses come to me because something has gone wrong, or because they want to make sure it never does. I handle the people side commercially, sort it quickly and only point you to a solicitor if a matter truly needs one. Employment expertise without the solicitor price tag.

Wherever you are in the UK, expert HR is a message away.
