Erika Romero, PHR, FPC, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at HR Pals & Recruiting Pals since June 2016, Erika has previously held positions such as Human Resources Director, Senior Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Erika worked at Verengo Solar from November 2011 to May 2016 as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, contributing to the company's workforce of over 600 employees in the solar energy sector. Erika holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from UC Irvine.
