Sacha Nau

Sacha Nau is an experienced HR and technology professional, currently serving as the Head of HR Path Advise Spain and HRIS Advisory Manager at HR Path since September 2019. In this role, Sacha leads the Advisory practice focused on digital HR transformation, managing a team of six HRIS consultants to support various organizations. Previous experience includes significant roles in change management and HRIS consulting, overseeing large teams during system migrations and transformations. Sacha has also worked in academic settings as a lecturer on Information Systems Modeling, and has held positions at notable companies such as Ubisoft, Microsoft, and Amazon, contributing to employee engagement, business analysis, and recruitment processes. Sacha holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology Business Management from Rennes School of Business.
